I move:

That the Seanad shall meet at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, 20th December, 2016 and, notwithstanding anything on Standing Orders, the following arrangements shall apply:(1) Standing Orders 29 and 30 shall stand suspended;

(2) the Order of Business shall be proposed at the commencement of public business. ”
