Okay, I am sorry. I apologise for that. I wish to state that an issue arises in respect of amendment No. 10 and I will withdraw it and reserve the right to reintroduce it on Report Stage. The public reporting is one issue but the other issue is the information the Minister will receive. The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Employment has a plethora of measures and wide-ranging responsibility, and she needs to know how this will fit in with what she is doing. I ask that the Minister would ensure that she is at least getting the information she needs. I am happy to work with the Minister. I am withdrawing my amendment. I will not press it at this point but I urge and suggest that she should meet with the very constructive proposals that are coming from across this House to support and ensure this measure is successful.
