The Order of Business is No. 1, Finance Bill 2016 - Committee Stage, to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and adjourn at 3.30 p.m. if not previously concluded; No. 2, statements on climate action and low carbon development, to be taken at 3.30 p.m. and to conclude no later than 5 p.m. with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each, those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be called on to reply no later than 4.52 p.m.; and No. 3, Private Members' business, Public Bodies Review Agency Bill 2016 - Second Stage, to be taken at 5 p.m. with the time allocated to the debate not to exceed two hours.
