I disagree with the Minister's policy on the elimination of fishing for eel, which he brought in. I am sorry about that because it was not great. However, that is another day's work.

I compliment the Minister. He has put forward a very good policy document. I believe he is extremely innovative in what he is doing. He has taken to this task very well. I wish him every continued success in his Department. He is very accessible to the public down in his constituency but also to the industry by supporting initiatives. He very much has an open mind. He has noted the schools suggestion and I know he will look at that situation. Will it be done, will it create more jobs and be beneficial? I think the Minister is absolutely 100%. I congratulate him on getting agreement on the Paris accord and on getting his Cabinet colleagues to agree to it as well.
