I acknowledge the presence in the Gallery of the Minister, Deputy Donohoe, a very esteemed former Member of this House who has now risen to great heights. We are honoured that people like the Minister visit the Chamber to observe the workings of the Seanad. He has not forgotten his alma mater. Is Senator Ruane pressing this recommendation?
