The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2016, referral to committee, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business without debate; No. 2, Social Welfare Bill 2016 - Second Stage, to be taken at 4 p.m. and to conclude no later than 6.15 p.m. with the contribution of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called to reply to the debate no later than 6.05 p.m.; and No. 3, Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Bill 2016 - Report and Final Stages, to be take on the conclusion of No. 2 and to conclude no later than 11 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government.
