The First Minister is very welcome to the Seanad on this special and historic day. I thank her for opening a Scottish Government office in Dublin. It is a great move. Her representative, John Webster, is a great advocate for all that is good in Scotland and Ireland. The SNP went from six to 59 seats in the last election. Was this a vote for Scottish independence or for the party's progressive policies?
