I propose to allow two speakers from each group to speak and our guest of honour, the Scottish First Minister, Ms Nicola Sturgeon, MSP, to respond to them. The first speaker is Senator Michelle Mulherin. I will be very strict on time as we do not want speeches. The Senator should just ask questions.
