The Order of Business is No. 1, statements on transport, tourism and sport, to be taken at 12.45. p.m. and conclude not later than 2.45 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be called on to reply to the debate not later than 2.35 p.m.; No. 2, Planning and Development (Housing)and Residential Tenancies Bill 2016 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, to be taken at 2.45 p.m. and to conclude not later than 5 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be called on to reply to the debate not later than 4.50 p.m.; and No. 3, Private Members' Business, Protection of Employment (Uncertain Hours) Bill 2016 - Second Stage, to be taken at 5 p.m. with the allocation of time to this debate to not exceed two hours.
