The Minister might confirm that a substantial number of planning permissions have been granted that are withering on the vine.

We also have strategic development zones. I spoke to people yesterday who were involved in one and they said they would be on the Minister's case very shortly. They said they wanted to get out of it because of the Minister's system. They said the strategic development zone process is happening too slowly. They see the Minister's scheme as an option.
