The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re the visit of the First Minister of Scotland to Seanad Éireann, to be taken on conclusion of the Order of Business, without debate; No. 2, National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Bill 2015 - all Stages to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and to conclude no later than 2.15 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons on the debate on Second Stage not to exceed six minutes, those of all other Senators not to exceed four minutes and the Minister to be given four minutes to reply, and Committee and Remaining Stages to be taken immediately thereafter; and No. 3, Competition (Amendment) Bill 2016 - Report and Final Stages, to be taken at 2.15 p.m. and to conclude no later than 3.30 p.m., if not previously concluded.
