This section makes provision for the laying of regulations before the Houses of the Oireachtas. Subsection (1) provides that the Minister may make regulations relating to any matter prescribed in the Bill. Subsection (2) gives power to the Minister regarding the content of any regulations to be issued under the aegis of the Bill.
