As Senator McDowell outlined, it is not acceptable for one member of Cabinet to hold the judicial system to ransom on this issue. We need clarification from the Minister of State on that today. He must be able to confirm or deny that this is actually happening. What steps is he going to take to fill these positions in the near future?
