At this stage we have 20 minutes before I call the Minister of State. Quite a number of speakers are indicating. If everybody sticks to eight minutes, we will fit in fewer speakers, so I encourage speakers to stick to five or six minutes at a maximum. That way we will try to fit in as many as possible.
