I welcome Senator Zappone. I apologise, I welcome the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Deputy Zappone, to the House. I was used to her being here in the Seanad. I wish her well in her portfolio. I am not sure whether she has been here since I became Cathaoirleach.
