One of the best performers in this House lost his seat. We were all shocked to see that happen. Elections are funny.

This Bill is important. I would like to see it pass Second Stage and go on to Committee Stage where we can debate and discuss it in the intricate detail it deserves. People have put time and effort into this Bill and it deserves to go through to Committee Stage where it might be dissected and improved and we may get unanimous agreement.
