In welcoming today's budget I want to welcome in particular the announcement by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Paschal Donohoe, of the €1.9 million allocation to the Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
