We know what Fianna Fáil did to home help hours and home help packages and how Fine Gael continued the Fianna Fáil approach to health. This budget is absolutely under-whelming and will do nothing to ease the crisis in this country. It indicates that there is no understanding of how ordinary people in this country are suffering at present, such as people with children who have special needs, people on hospital trolleys and people who are suffering as a result of the austerity that was imposed on them.
