I wish to make a point of order, which I do not do very often. Henceforth, could the Seanad Office contact Ministers appearing before us to ensure that we have copies of their scripts? What is occurring now is unfair to the Minister of State and Members. I would prefer to read a document in real time. I do not particularly want to play catch-up with a document. I wish to assimilate the information as the Minister of State is reading. One might state Ministers are not required to provide scripts but, as a matter of good practice, the House should seek them.
