To clarify, I am speaking to section 1. I welcome those in the Gallery. I am listening very carefully. I believe the House can agree on the principle behind wanting to protect vulnerable self-employed workers. That is clear and that is what I am here to do. This is my second time in the House. On Report Stage, I propose to introduce amendments in respect of the later sections of the Bill which will require amendment of the definitions section. I wish to formally record that it is the Government's intention to introduce amendments on Report Stage to section 1. Senator Ivana Bacik asked about timelines and I can agree to the October date.
