I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Byrne, to the House and thank the Minister for Health for his statement.

I am not sure whether Senator Kieran O'Donnell carries out research on his claim because it conflicts with his assertions about cannabis. I have dealt with induced psychosis from cannabis but that has more to do with somebody's pre-morbid personality. The matter has nothing to do with this debate today.
