I hope this is not the way this Seanad will operate. I am disgusted. It is a very important issue regarding Roscommon County Hospital and a rehabilitation unit that was promised by the former Minister for Health, Senator Reilly. It has, again, been reneged on and preparation has not been made to debate it today.
