Before I call Senator Murnane O'Connor, I wish to let the House know the following. Senator Ó Domhnaill raised the issue of a Donegal man missing in Paris. I understand that the missing man has been found safe and well, which is a bit of good news for sports lovers and the House. I wanted to inform the House of that development in case the Leader responds to the matter. The next speaker is Senator Murnane O'Connor. I apologise for the delay.
