As the Senator is speaking about that motion, I meant to amend the Order of Business regarding No. 81, item 10. It is statements on the cross-party motion regarding the review of local government arrangements to be taken on the conclusion of No. 3. The time allocated for the debate shall not exceed 90 minutes and, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the speech of every Senator should not exceed three minutes and the speech of the Minister should not exceed ten minutes. We are not actually dealing with the motion, but with statements on the motion. With three minutes allocated, I hope that we will get about 25-----
