Senator Jim D'Arcy referred to the difficulties with regard to a halting site located at Woodland Park in Dundalk. He expressed his confidence in the ability of Louth County Council to solve the difficulties. I am unaware of those local issues. However, I note the point he made about people using the situation for photo opportunities. One will have that irrespective of where a problem arises. Obviously such opportunists are not welcome where Senator Jim D'Arcy and other Senators from County Louth are concerned.

Earlier, I stated that the discussion on the Heritage Bill would conclude at 5 p.m., but I wish to change that to state that it will adjourn at 5 p.m. if not previously concluded.
