I wish the Cathaoirleach, Members and staff a happy new year. The Order of Business is No. 1, statements on Innovation 2020, to be taken at 4.45 p.m. and to adjourn not later than 6.15 p.m., with the time allocated to group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and to all other Senators not to exceed five minutes, and No. 73, motion 17, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 1, with the time allocated to this debate not to exceed two hours.

In regard to the five-hour debate on flooding which is taking place in the Dáil today and when a similar debate will be held in this House, I will arrange for that debate to be held next week.
