Amendment No. 19 adds to the list of circumstances in which an applicant's fingerprints for the purposes of the Bill are to be deleted. Proposed amendment No. 20 inserts "or" at the end of subparagraph (a) to clarify that the subparagraphs are to be taken separately and not cumulatively. Amendment No. 21 is consequential on amendment No. 19. Amendment No. 22 deletes the definition of the term "authorised officer". As I stated, we are using the term "international protection officer" for clarity.
