Two separate matters arise here and I am very happy to respond in respect of to both of them. There is the matter that Senators Craughwell and Barrett raised regarding the role of harbour masters, which is what this amendment concerns, and the separate point relating to councillors and their role on the boards of ports. I suggest that we deal with the issue of councillors when we get to the appropriate section.
