With respect, I have never suggested that the power of oversight should be invested in any small group that would be appointed to a harbour board. I welcome most of the Bill and what the Minister is doing here in the oversight area. I am a little sorry Sinn Féin is not here to move some of its amendments, but I welcome what the Minister is doing. At the end of the day, there is a subtle difference between having oversight and being a member of a board. The latter is about being there and being party to the decisions.
