The Order of Business is No. 1, Garda Síochána (Policing Authority and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2015 - amendments from Dáil Éireann, to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and to be brought to a conclusion not later than 1.45 p.m., if not previously concluded; No. 2, motion regarding the earlier signature of the Garda Síochána (Policing Authority and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2015 to be taken on the conclusion of No. 1, without debate; No. 3, Prisons Bill 2015 - amendments from Dáil Éireann, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 2 and to be brought to a conclusion not later than 2 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government; No. 4, Finance (Tax Appeals) Bill 2015 – all Stages, to be taken at 2 p.m. and to be brought to a conclusion not later than 3.15 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government, with the time allocated for Second Stage to group spokespersons not to exceed six minutes and to all other Senators not to exceed four minutes, with the Minister to be called on to reply for five minutes no later than 3.05 p.m.; No. 5, Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (Amendment) Bill 2015 – all Stages, to be taken at 3.15 p.m. and to be brought to a conclusion not later than 4.15 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government, with the time allocated for Second Stage to group spokespersons not to exceed six minutes and to all other Senators not to exceed four minutes, with the Minister to be called on to reply for five minutes no later than 4.05 p.m.; No. 6, Criminal Justice (Burglary of Dwellings) Bill 2015 - Committee and Remaining Stages, to be taken at 4.15 p.m. and to be brought to a conclusion not later than 6 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government; and No. 7, Harbours Bill 2015 – Committee Stage, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 6 and to conclude not later than 8 p.m., if not previously concluded.
