Yes, the Senator asked a direct question. In relation to all employees, their terms and conditions are protected by this Bill. They will transfer in on the terms and conditions they have at present. That was the feature of the consultation that took place in the run-up to publication of the Bill.

In relation to some of the other matters to which the Senator has referred in regard to the integration of some employees into the pay scales of local authorities in the future, that would be a matter for the chief executives of the local authorities to deal with.
