I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Phelan. I also wish to welcome Shenghe Lu, chairman of the Baocheng Education Group, and his colleague, Zhen Yao, from the Dublin Institute of Technology who are with us in the Visitors Gallery. We are delighted to have them with us from Dalian in China. I thank them for coming to Ireland. I am delighted with the work with DIT through Dr. Brian Murphy.
