The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re the arrangements for the sitting of the House on Monday, 7 December, and Tuesday, 8 December 2015, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business, without debate; No. 2, Finance Bill - Second Stage, to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and conclude not later than 2.45 p.m. with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply not later than 2.40 p.m.; No. 3, International Protection Bill 2015 - Committee Stage, to be taken at 2.45 p.m. and adjourn not later than 5 p.m.; No. 4, Health Insurance (Amendment) Bill 2015 - Second Stage, to be taken at 5 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes.
