I move amendment No. 7:

In page 15, between lines 24 and 25, to insert the following:“21. The Minister shall, within 4 months of the passing of this Act, prepare and lay out a report before the Houses of the Oireachtas, reviewing the abolition of the bereavement grant, and setting out options for restoring those payments to their previous levels.”.
