I welcome the change. On Second Stage I remarked that this side of the House applauds the Government for having restored the payment in its entirety. It should never have been reduced in the first instance. This move has been met with universal welcome. I am also keen to put on record - I should have done so on Second Stage - my appreciation for the great work Senator Moloney was doing within the Labour Party rooms in respect of this matter. She would have been as annoyed and angry as ourselves and everyone else about the reduction. In any event, all is well that ends well.
