Today is a very special day in the history of Galway city and county. Today we present our case in Dublin Castle for the European Capital of Culture. Galway Chamber of Commerce has shown leadership extraordinaireand agreed to a 3% increase in rates on the basis that it will be ringfenced for cultural activities.
