Clinical trials have been mentioned. Earlier when I was working in my office I heard the Minister of State mention clinical trials here for people with capacity issues. Serious questions have been raised about the matter which is an issue that she mentioned in her statement as well. I wish to raise a few other matters which I shall convey to the Minister of State later.
