The framework should be laid before both Houses once it is drafted. As Senator Bacik stated, we will not debate Report Stage today, but we will get an opportunity then to consider this matter. Perhaps it will not be via the same amendment, but there could be a different wording. The Seanad is noted for its debates.Talking about the environment is action but, by teasing out the issues, we get a better framework and ensure the i's are dotted and t's crossed.
