I congratulate the Minister and Senator Norris, who has campaigned for this for such a long time. I also congratulate the other successful campaigners in the Visitors' Gallery and our colleagues from the Dáil. One of the people who has been overlooked in all the celebrations is Minister of State, Deputy Simon Harris. He is the one who opened up Dublin Castle for an immense party on 23 May. He should be put in charge of entertainment from now on.
