I am very proud to be leading the conclusion of this Bill in the Seanad for the Labour Party in place of my colleague, Senator Ivana Bacik, who could not be here now, but who will be back around 4.30 p.m. - if there are any celebrations ongoing at that stage she would be delighted to attend.
