I thank Dr. Fergus Ryan who helped me to draft the amendment. I also thank the Minister for what she has said and I am very appreciative of it. As I explained to her outside the Chamber, I knew that this was not the perfect Bill in which to do this. I agree with her about the scope of the Bill and support her on that. I wanted to give another airing to the issue, given the limited time I have left in the Seanad. I withdraw this amendment.
