I move amendment No. 14:

In page 10, line 11, to delete “Dáil Éireann” and substitute “both Houses of the Oireachtas”.

It is the same principle. I believe the Oireachtas should be involved. We have had the debate and the vote on it so I do not wish to press these two amendments.
