The Order of Business is No. 1, motion regarding the proceeds of the sale of Aer Lingus - referral to committee to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business without debate; No. 2, motion regarding the Joint Committee of Inquiry into the Banking Crisis, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 1 without debate; and No. 3, the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage to be taken at 5 p.m. and to adjourn no later than 7 p.m. if not previously concluded, with the contributions from group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply to the debate no later than 6.50 p.m.
