The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re Council decision (EU) 2015/1523 of 14 September 2015; and No. 2, motion re Council decision (EU) 2015/1601 of 22 September 2015. With the agreement of the House, Nos. 1 and 2 will be debated together at 1 p.m. and will conclude not later then 3 p.m, with contributions from group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each, those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be called on to reply not later than 2.55 p.m.
