Senator Keane's last comments notwithstanding, she has summed up the situation well. It is remarkable to discover Opposition Senators are not in favour of giving householders €100 per year to encourage them to conserve water. It is absolutely amazing that Members are saying, "No, you are not getting that money, you do not deserve it".
