I move amendment No. 7:

In page 54, to delete lines 31 to 40, and in page 55, to delete lines 1 to 5.

We will take them as they come. What we seek to do in amendment No. 7 relates to page 54 of the Bill. I have been caught on the hop because I was ready for the other amendments, but I am not ready for this one. Would it be possible for the Minister of State to respond to the amendment? I will take the opportunity to read it so that I do not detain the House for too long. I will then respond to the Minister of State.
