I move amendment No. 5:

In page 55, to delete lines 13 to 26.

We oppose this section and do not believe the so-called conservation grant is anything other than a concession forced from the Government by opposition to water charges and Irish Water.The proposed database is simply another means to force consumers to register in order to be billed.
