-----but I would query his confidence in the process that TLAC goes through. I understand the Bill will come back to the House on Tuesday next. Senator Darragh O'Brien makes valid points which the Minister of State is taking on board but one has to have confidence in TLAC, its procedures and the way it works.

I suppose I have to come clean. I am a member of the commission and I would hope that Senator Darragh O'Brien would have confidence in it.
