It is a personal thing. I was speaking to Senator O'Donovan and he told me that his son, who is a member of the fire brigade, has on three occasions been involved in the clearing out of slurry pits to find bodies. That is stark. It says it all, and I compliment Senator O'Donovan, and his son, on their action in this regard. What a pity that the fire brigade has to be called in to dredge out a slurry tank when such tragedies are so avoidable, and will be more avoidable in future if these gas meters are installed.
