Before I call the next speaker I would like to welcome Councillor Eugene Murphy from Strokestown and members of the Strokestown social services who are in the Gallery. You are very welcome to Leinster House and I am delighted you have the opportunity of visiting here and seeing the work of the Oireachtas. You have contributed to the Oireachtas over the years by your work in Strokestown and surrounding areas. Councillor Murphy led the delegation today.

Patrick Duffy, who wrote a report this year, is also in the Gallery, and Ms Elaine Farrell from the IFA. I welcome the other guests also. You are very welcome to listen to this debate.
